The court has given Eshqi Bagirov, the director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education under the Ministry of Science and Education, one month.
Medianews.az reports with reference to "Qaynarinfo" that a protocol has been drawn up against the agency under Article 539.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code (AOC) (failure to comply with legal orders or demands issued by the State Labor Inspection, or obstruction of the inspector's activities, which entails administrative liability).
The document was prepared by the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and the case was reviewed in court.
It was revealed that, based on the complaint of citizen X.A. and pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 15 of the Labor Code, a letter was sent to the agency in 2025 requesting the submission of the documents related to that person, but the documents have still not been submitted.
By court decision, Eshqi Bagirov, director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education under the Ministry of Science and Education, was found guilty of committing an administrative offense envisaged by Article 539.3 of the AOC and was conditionally fined 2,000 manat under Article 116.1 of this Code. A period of one month was set for the elimination of the violation committed by the agency, and if the violation is eliminated within the stipulated period, the administrative fine will not be collected. If the violation is not eliminated, the fine will be enforced.
