The Emergency Situations Ministry's "112" hot-line received information about a citizen being trapped helplessly in an elevator of a residential building located on Zahid Khalilov street in Yasamal district of Baku city.
In response to the information, rescuers from the Ministry’s Special Risk Rescue Service were immediately deployed to the area.
The rescuers opened the elevator door with the help of special equipment and rescued the trapped resident.
