Photos of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, which were never published before his death, have emerged.
Medianews.az, citing “Qafqazinfo,” reports that the website Lenta.ru published rare photos taken in the last years of the politician's life by photographer Aleksandr Sivov.
Some of the photos were taken during a weekend photoshoot in the Duma but were not later published.
A. Sivov, who was Zhirinovsky’s last photographer, stated that the politician did not like looking at his photos on the computer and preferred to keep them in an album, often flipping through it.
It should be recalled that today would have been V. Zhirinovsky’s 80th birthday. He passed away in 2022 after contracting coronavirus.
