The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, visited the Shamakhi district on March 23.
Medianews.az reports, citing Musavat.com, that the head of state visited the monument erected in the center of Shamakhi city dedicated to our nation's National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
