A report was received at the Ministry of Emergency Situations' "112" hotline about a citizen drowning near Biləsər waterfall located close to Biləsər village in Lənkəran district.
According to the information provided to Medianews.az by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Press Service, divers from the Ministry's State Service for Small Vessels Control and Rescue in Water were immediately deployed in response to the call.
The body of Elvin Asif oglu Guliyev, born in 1994, was found in the water by the divers, recovered, and handed over to the relevant authorities.
An investigation is being conducted by the respective organizations regarding the incident.
