In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, mostly rainless. At night and in the morning, there will be occasional fog in some places. The north-west wind will be replaced by a mild south-west wind in the morning.
The temperature will be 2-4 degrees Celsius at night and 8-12 degrees Celsius during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from a higher than normal 765 mm mercury column to 761 mm mercury column. Relative humidity will be 80-90% at night and 65-70% during the day.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly rainless. There will be occasional fog in some places. A mild west wind will blow.
The temperature will be from 1 degree below zero to 4 degrees above zero at night, 11-16 degrees Celsius during the day, in the mountains 0-5 degrees below zero at night, and 5-10 degrees Celsius during the day.
