A controversy arose during the examination of a young child who experienced health problems after a mosquito bite and was therefore taken to the Clinical Medical Center.
Medianews.az reports that the child's parent shared footage about this on social media.
According to the parent, although weakness and fever were observed in the child's condition, there was a disagreement and dispute among the doctors.
It is alleged that the young child did not receive the necessary medical assistance and was sent home without a thorough examination.
Regarding the issue, the Clinical Medical Center stated that on June 6, 2026, at 00:20, two young children born in 2016 and 2021 were recorded at the Emergency Medical Assistance department.
During the examination conducted by the physician, a consultation by a toxicologist was recommended for the patients. During the consultation, a misunderstanding occurred between the surgeon and the toxicologist regarding their official duties, and the security service intervened due to the loud conversation.
The situation was investigated by the management of the medical institution, and serious warnings were issued to both doctors.
