According to her, laser hair removal is a procedure that requires medical knowledge. The type and condition of the skin must definitely be evaluated by a dermatologist. However, this is not present in many beauty salons. In other words, laser hair removal is done blindly.
The specialist says that during inspections, it was discovered that most cosmetology centers providing laser hair removal services do not have a license. Acts are drawn up for such services, and the owners of the centers are fined administratively.
