During the dispute, the man raped his relative, then poured an inflammable liquid on her and set her on fire. The victim suffered severe burn injuries. It is reported that after this, the woman was illegally detained for several hours and subjected to violence.
Currently, the accused individual is in custody. The criminal case has been submitted to the prosecutor's office for forwarding to the court.
