"The territorial claims of the Armenian opposition against neighboring states will lead to a new war," Medianews.az reports, quoting Armenia's Defense Minister Suren Papikyan.
According to the minister, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has repeatedly stated that the movement he leads will not be a continuation of the "Karabakh movement": "However, the position of the opposition forces is effectively directed towards continuing the 'Karabakh movement' line. Political assessment, regardless of who voices it, requires responsibility. It is clear that the military rhetoric of some opposition forces will lead to war."
On March 19, Nikol Pashinyan also noted that the rise to power of other forces could result in the reconsideration of the peace agenda, which creates a risk of war.
