Armenian blogger Arsen Markaryan has been detained in Russia.
"Caucasusinfo reports that the Russian Investigative Committee announced this information on Telegram.
According to the information, the blogger is suspected of insulting the memory of defenders of the homeland under part 4 of article 354.1 of the Russian Criminal Code.
Specifically, Markaryan posted a video on one of the video hosting sites containing insults to the memory of homeland defenders. Later, the suspect was put on the wanted list.
