The Minister of Science and Education, Emin Əmrullayev, has signed an order regarding the organization and conduct of the examination session of the spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year in higher and secondary specialized education institutions.
Medianews.az reports that this was stated by the Ministry.
The order notes that the examination session of the spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year for full-time education in higher and secondary specialized education institutions will start on June 1 and will be held for a period of 5 weeks.
The timing of the examination sessions for part-time education in higher and secondary specialized education institutions will be determined by the relevant higher and secondary specialized education institutions and will be conducted over a period of 1 week.
The heads of higher and secondary specialized education institutions shall organize the examination session in accordance with the existing normative documents, establish an examination headquarters in their educational institutions, ensure the prompt investigation of every complaint submitted to the headquarters, take measures according to the current legislation against persons who have committed violations or negative actions during the organization and conduct of the examinations, and submit a final report to the State Agency for Science and Higher Education within 10 days after the end of the examination session regarding the organization, conduct, and results of the session.
The State Agency for Science and Higher Education, during the preparation period and throughout the examination session, shall promptly investigate any reported negative incidents occurring in educational institutions, ensure their immediate resolution, identify individuals responsible for such incidents and ensure measures are taken against them, inform the Ministry of the results, regularly provide information to mass media about the progress of the examination session, and submit the relevant report on the organization, conduct, and results of the examination session in higher and secondary specialized education institutions to the Ministry for discussion.
