French goalkeeper Steve Mandanda has decided to end his career.
"Report" reports that the 40-year-old goalkeeper made a statement about this to the publication "L'Equipe".
"It was not easy for me to make this decision. After thinking for a while, I finalized my opinion. Although I received many offers, I declined all of them," said the "glove owner".
Most recently defending the honor of the "Rennes" club in his country, Mandanda has played 35 games for the national team. In 2018, he helped his national team win the gold medal at the World Cup held in Russia.
