A phone conversation was held between Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Ishaq Dar.
It was reported to Medianews.az by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the ministers discussed the current regional security situation, the increasing military escalation in the Middle East, as well as bilateral cooperation issues.
The existing strategic cooperation ties were highly appreciated, and plans for future contacts were reviewed.
The parties also exchanged views on other matters of mutual interest.
