US President Donald Trump stated that he is not concerned about the rising gasoline prices.
Medianews.az, citing "Qafqazinfo," reported that Trump made statements to journalists on the "Air Force One" plane regarding US and Israel attacks on Iran and the rise in gasoline prices.
"This is a brief test of the work that needed to be done for 47 years. It took us 47 years to carry this out. No president dared to do this. We destroyed their navy; now it is at the bottom of the sea. It was their own choices," he said.
He claimed that he expects oil prices to rise, but also to fall again very quickly:
"What we have done is not only a great step for our country, Israel, and the Middle East, but also for the entire world. We have sufficient oil reserves. This situation will correct itself very soon."
Trump also commented on the attack on the girls’ school in Minab city, Iran, which caused the death of 153 students and teachers:
"We did not do this, no. Based on what I have seen, Iran itself carried this out."
