The upper limits of bonuses, rewards, and other payments given as additions to the official salary from off-budget funds of organizations financed from the state budget, as well as from the revenues obtained from their activities, will be determined.
Medianews.az reports that relevant instructions have been given to the Ministry of Finance regarding this matter.
Thus, the Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the relevant state bodies (state legal entities) to be determined during the implementation process, must submit proposals regarding the upper limits of bonuses, rewards, and other payments given as additions to the official salary from off-budget funds of organizations financed from the state budget and from the revenues obtained from their activities to the Cabinet of Ministers within 5 months./ajans.az
