Today, more than 55 thousand students will take the exam

Today, 55,282 students will take the general (9-year) secondary education graduation exam.

According to information provided to Medianews.az by the State Examination Center (SEC), 79 students with disabilities (blind, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the exam. Special rooms have been allocated in the exam buildings to ensure their comfortable participation, and individual supervisors have been assigned to those determined to have blindness due to 81-100 percent impairment of bodily functions. Facilities have also been arranged for students with mobility restrictions to enter and move within the building and exam hall. Additionally, special training has been conducted for the supervisors assigned to participants with disabilities.

In the cities and districts where the exams are held, a total of 240 exam buildings and 4,171 exam halls have been allocated. To manage the exams, 926 exam directors and general managers, 5,197 supervisors, 731 graduation regime staff (security), and 240 building representatives have been assigned.

It should be noted that the exam will be held for graduates of general (9-year) secondary education level in the Sabunchu (second part), Nizami, Khazar (second part), and Nasimi districts of Baku city; Sumgayit (second part); Absheron (second part); Nakhchivan; Goygol; Goranboy; Naftalan; Gadabay; Tovuz; Gakh; Balaken; Zaqatala; Lerik; Jalilabad (second part); Masalli (second part); Barda; Tartar; Goychay; Saatli; Salyan; Kurdamir; Ismayilli; Sabirabad (second part); Khachmaz (second part); Quba (second part); Aghdere (Talysh, Goyarkh, Hasanriz, Shikharx, Sugovushan village secondary schools); Lachin (City No. 2 complete secondary school, Zabukh, Sus village complete secondary schools); special schools in Baku city (boarding schools, schools located in correctional institutions), as well as graduates of general education institutions where instruction is conducted in the Georgian language.

The exam starts at 11:00 AM. The graduation regime ends at 10:45 AM, 15 minutes before the exam begins. Participants arriving after this time are not allowed to enter the exam building.
