Today, the State Examination Center will conduct the next exams.
Medianews.az According to the State Examination Center, here is the list of exams to be held today.
1. The first stage of the admission exam for graduates of previous years, admission exam to higher education institutions for specialty group V and to colleges based on 11 years of education;
2. Additional foreign language exam for current year graduates who want to participate in a different foreign language than the one they took in the graduation exam for the competition;
3. Additional instruction language exam for current year graduates who want to take the admission exam in a language different from the one they took in the graduation exam;
4. Graduation exam for current year 11th-grade students who were unable to participate in the March graduation exams due to valid reasons and applied to the Center;
5. Graduation exam for persons wishing to participate in the final attestations of the 11th grade in the externship form;
6. Graduation exam for graduates of previous years who could not participate in graduation exams for various reasons and applied to the Center;
7. Graduation exam for 11th-grade students of schools located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for the current year.
The exams will be held in Baku, Absheron, Sumgait, Ganja, Shamkir, Sheki, Lankaran, Mingachevir, Shirvan, Gazakh, Barda, Sabirabad, Goychay, Kurdamir, Salyan, Jalilabad, Guba, Khachmaz, Khankendi, Kangarli, and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and will start at 11:00 AM. The entry mode will end at 10:45 AM. Participants arriving after this time will not be allowed into the exam building.
Different arrival times have been determined for participants to enter the exam building comfortably, and this time is indicated on the admission card. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission card.
Applicants (students) must bring the following documents to the exam:
- Admission card;
- Original identity document:
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years old) identity card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons must bring the permission cards issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens with refugee status and their family members must bring refugee certificates;
- Participants who do not have a photo on their identity card must bring a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photo affixed (a 3x4 cm photo of the participant is affixed to the certificate and is certified with a stamp).
It is planned that 37,338 people will participate in the exam (12,828 in Baku, 1,194 in Absheron, 1,709 in Sumgait, 2,387 in Ganja, 501 in Shamkir, 1,349 in Sheki, 1,643 in Lankaran, 1,049 in Mingachevir, 890 in Shirvan, 598 in Gazakh, 1,667 in Barda, 910 in Sabirabad, 795 in Goychay, 427 in Kurdamir, 1,074 in Salyan, 811 in Jalilabad, 391 in Guba, 1,501 in Khachmaz, 25 in Khankendi, 253 in Kangarli, and 5,336 in the Nakhchivan AR).
90 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated for their comfortable participation, and individual supervisors have been assigned to persons with 81-100% impairment of body functions determined as visual impairment. Facilities have been provided for students with mobility restrictions to enter and move within the building and halls. In addition, special training has been conducted with supervisors assigned to participants with disabilities.
For managing the exam, 162 general exam managers, 466 exam managers, 3,577 supervisors, 477 entry mode staff, and 162 building representatives have been assigned.
