It was reported that windy and rainy weather conditions are observed in some parts of the country.
Specifically, it is raining sporadically in Sabirabad, Kürdəmir, Gobustan, and Neftçala, and snow is falling in Dashkasan, Gakh (Sarıbaş), and Shahdag.
Currently, northwest winds are blowing in several areas, with maximum wind speeds occasionally reaching 23 m/s in Goranboy, 22 m/s in Agdam, Tartar, and Naftalan, 20 m/s in Barda, Guba (Khinaliq), and Shahdag, and 16 m/s in Mingachevir.
Fog is observed in Sheki, Shamakhi, Dashkasan, Goygol, and Lerik. Visibility is limited to up to 500 meters.
