The expenditure on special uniforms for judiciary workers in Azerbaijan has increased.
According to information obtained by Iqtisadiyyat.az, this information is reflected in the contracts signed by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the information, the ministry recently signed a new contract for the purchase of special uniforms. The financial value of the contract was determined to be 648,419.76 manat. Last year, this figure was 577,527.11 manat. Thus, the ministry's expenditure on special uniforms for judiciary workers increased by 12.28% over the last year.
Looking at previous contracts related to the expenditure on special uniforms for judiciary workers, it is reflected that in 2023, 552,981.04 manat, in 2022, 547,919.4 manat, in 2021, 562,451.72 manat, and in 2020, 558,612 manat were spent in this direction.
Thus, compared to 2020, the ministry's stated expenses recorded an increase of more than 16% in 2025.
The information also states that the ministry purchased these uniforms from the company "Monitex" in 2021, 2024, and 2025, from the company "Evim Tekstil" in 2022 and 2023, and from the company "Monolit" in 2020.
