Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva stated that U.S. President Donald Trump does not intend to militarily intervene in Cuba.
Medianews.az reports that, according to him, he listened to Trump's speech through a translation tool and heard the U.S. leader say that he has no plan to intervene in Cuba.
Lula da Silva considered Trump's statement a positive signal and noted that Cuba is ready for dialogue.
