A fire that broke out in a paint factory in Turkey in the morning hours resulted in a tragedy.
Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred in the Sincan district of Ankara.
According to the information, a fire of unknown cause broke out in the production area of the factory operating in the Alçı Organized Industrial Zone. Numerous firefighting brigades were deployed to the scene, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
As a result of the incident, 1 person died, and 2 workers were injured and hospitalized.
Official authorities have launched an investigation to determine the causes of the fire. According to preliminary assumptions, the spread of the fire to the area where chemical substances are stored in the factory was prevented.
Currently, cooling and investigation work is ongoing in the area.
