In some educational institutions in Baku, classes will be held remotely - ORDER from the Minister

Some educational institutions in Baku city will operate remotely during the period of the Thirteenth Session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13) (May 17-22).

Medianews.az reports that the Minister of Science and Education Emin Əmrullayev has signed an order regarding this.

According to the order, during the mentioned period, some changes will be made in the organization of the teaching and educational process in educational institutions operating in Baku city (except for preschool and boarding general educational institutions).

Specifically, the preschool groups and primary classes of general educational institutions will have a vacation from May 18 to 22 (instead of May 1-5).

Additionally, except for the Pirallahi, Qaradağ, Surakhani, Sabunchu, and Nizami districts, lessons for grades V-XI in general education institutions operating in other districts of Baku city will be conducted remotely (distance learning) from May 18 to 22.

At the same time, the order notes that teaching in vocational, secondary specialized, and higher education institutions located in Baku city will also be organized remotely from May 18 to 22.
