In Baku, the tenant of a cafe beat up a waiter.
Medianews.az, citing Lent.az, reports that the incident took place in one of the tea houses located in the Nizami district.
The person working as a waiter at the tea house asked the 25-year-old tenant of the establishment, Farid Agayev (name and surname are assumed), for the remaining debt of 114 manat from his salary in the office. At this time, an argument arose between the parties and the waiter insulted Farid. Angered by the insult, Farid struck his employee on the arms and legs with punches and kicks. As a result, the victim sustained several injuries.
Farid Agayev was detained regarding the incident and a criminal case was initiated against him.
In his statement, the accused said that he compensated the damage caused to the victim and reconciled with him. The victim also stated that he did not have any complaints or claims against Farid.
By the court’s decision, the criminal prosecution was terminated and F. Agayev was released from liability.
