The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) offers 184 new, fully renovated apartments to citizens in a residential complex located on Jafar Xandan Street, Binagadi district, Baku city, within the framework of a rent-to-own mechanism.
Medianews.az reports referencing MCGF that the living spaces include 1, 2, and 3-room apartments, with monthly payments starting from 925 manats.

Applications and selection of living spaces are carried out through the "Electronic mortgage and credit guarantee" system integrated into the Electronic Government Information System (e-gov.az).
