The World Cup in artistic gymnastics has started in Baku.
Medianews.az reports, referring to "Report," that the qualifying round will take place on the first day of the competition.
Before the start of the competition held at the National Gymnastics Arena, the State Anthem of Azerbaijan was played.
In the World Cup, men will showcase their skills with floor exercises, parallel bars, and rings. Women will compete in vault and various uneven bars events.
Azerbaijan will be represented at the tournament by Rasul Ahmadzade, Aydin Alizade, Nikita Simonov, Deniz Aliyeva, Nazanin Teymurova, and Khedija Abbaszade.
Representatives from 35 countries are participating in the World Cup.
