Prices in the garages of multi-storey buildings located in the city center are quite high.
Medianews.az reports, referring to Khazar TV, that real estate expert Nofal Guliyev stated that these garages are not significantly different from others.
According to the expert, the main reason for the price increase is that supply is low and demand is high in the first zone of the city. He noted that alongside high prices, such garages also carry certain risks. Especially, parking spaces without an extract (ownership document) become difficult to sell later.
Regarding rental prices, the expert said that the monthly rent for such garages ranges between 250-400 manats.
It should be noted that garage prices are more affordable in areas relatively outside the city center. For example, in the areas of Nizami district, Sabunchu district, and Surakhani district, garage prices start from 10 thousand manats.
