A criminal case has been initiated in Baku regarding the intentional killing of a person.
According to the information provided to Musavat.com by the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office, on March 30, a report was received by the district prosecutor's office about the killing of 1985-born Qamət Teymurov in the Shagan settlement of the Khazar district of the capital.
Preliminary investigations have established reasonable suspicions that 1990-born Qismət Teymurov intentionally killed Qamət Teymurov during a dispute between them.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code at the Khazar district prosecutor's office, and a preliminary investigation is underway. Qismət Teymurov has been detained by the prosecution as a suspect in the case.
