James Kinross is confident that in order not to miss early symptoms, it is important to pay attention to any changes in the stool. According to him, every person has their own peculiarities in bowel function, and only they are aware of them. Therefore, the doctor primarily urges people to monitor the frequency, consistency, shape, and color of their defecation (bowel movements). He noted that changes can also be explained by stress or diet, but if they do not pass and continue, an examination is necessary.
James Kinross mentioned the presence of blood in the stool as the second very alarming signal. If this symptom appears, he recommends immediately consulting a doctor. Additionally, persistent abdominal pain, persistent fatigue, unexplained weight loss, or the formation of swellings in the body should not be ignored.
