The international search through Interpol channels continues for 10 individuals accused of committing the crime of human trafficking.
Medianews.az citing Oxu.az reports that the mentioned issue is reflected in the annual report of the National Coordinator for Combating Human Trafficking.
It is emphasized that seven of them are believed to be hiding in Turkey, one in Pakistan, one in Russia, and one in the United Arab Emirates.
The document states that all 46 human trafficking victims identified during the reporting year (women) are Azerbaijani citizens, with 33 subjected to sexual exploitation in the Republic of Turkey, 10 in the United Arab Emirates, and 3 in Pakistan.
Among the victims, 4 were aged between 18-25, 28 between 25-35, and 14 above 35 years old.
