The State Tourism Agency has awarded star categories to 3 more hotels.
Medianews.az reports that among them, one was classified as 5-star, one as 4-star, and the other as 3-star category.
Thus, the total number of star-rated hotels in the country has increased from 275 to 278.
Currently, in Azerbaijan, there are 24 five-star hotels, 44 four-star hotels, 98 three-star hotels, 81 two-star hotels, and 31 one-star hotels. Of the star-rated hotels, 201 are located in Baku, which accounts for approximately 72% of the total figure nationwide.
