There will be changes in Azerbaijan regarding the "Technical specifications, internal and external design requirements of motor vehicles used for regular and taxi passenger transportation."
Medianews.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order dated March 3, 2026, on the implementation of the law "On Amendments to the Law on Motor Transport."
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers, in accordance with Article 15.5 of the law, must determine the requirements for motor vehicles used in irregular passenger transportation within 3 months by making the relevant changes to the "Technical specifications, internal and external design requirements of motor vehicles used for regular and taxi passenger transportation" and inform the President of the country, as well as resolve other issues arising from the law.
