It is reported that H. Yarməmmədov, born in 1970, while driving a "Vaz 21043" passenger car in the direction of Təzəkənd village, hit Murad Möhübbət oğlu Zamanov, born in 2013, who was crossing the road.
M. Zamanov died on the way to the hospital due to the injuries he sustained.
