Information was received at the Emergency Situations Ministry's "112" hotline about a fire occurring in a hotel located in Mingachevir city.
This was reported to Medianews.az by the Press Service of the Emergency Situations Ministry.
In response to the information, forces from the Mingachevir City Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately deployed to the area.
Thanks to the swift intervention of the firefighters, the fire that started in the sauna located on the 1st floor of the hotel was quickly extinguished without allowing it to spread, including to the hotel itself.
As a result of the fire, the sauna burned over an area of 35 sq.m.
The remaining part of the sauna and the hotel building were protected from the fire, and no injuries were reported.
