The burnt body of a resident of Ağstafa was found in the basement of his house.
The incident was recorded in the village of Qaçaq Kərəm in the district.
Earlier this morning, a fire broke out in the basement of the house of Elman Əliyev, a resident of the village born in 1975. As a result of the intervention, the fire was extinguished. However, it was not possible to save the homeowner. Police and prosecutor's office personnel were involved at the scene.
