Iran's state television had previously reported that during a meeting with Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the Iranian delegation explained its position regarding the negotiations.

According to the delegation, Iran is not willing to compromise on issues such as control of the Strait of Hormuz, compensation, the unfreezing of Tehran's assets, and regional ceasefire.
