An airplane belonging to Turkish Airlines caught fire while landing at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
It is about an Airbus A330 plane flying from Istanbul. There were 273 passengers and 11 crew members on board. After smoke was detected, everyone on the plane was promptly evacuated using inflatable slides, and airport operations were temporarily halted.
According to information, the landing was completed without problems, but smoke was observed in the landing gear area while the plane was taxiing.
