In the United Kingdom, a 61-year-old man died by drowning during a baptism ceremony.
Medianews.az reports that the ceremony took place in an inflatable pool in the garden of a private house. The man submerged in the water due to the carelessness of the female pastor conducting the process. Emergency services could not save him. The woman will face court on May 14.
The deceased was born in Jamaica and moved to Britain 25 years ago. He had seven grandchildren. According to information, he was baptized in his youth, but this time he wanted to repeat the ceremony to consciously affirm his faith.
