In the USA, a man has appeared in court for committing indecent acts against a woman working as an animator in a shopping mall.
Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred at the "South Hills Village" shopping mall in the state of Pennsylvania.
The victim, who was portraying the Easter Bunny, was approached by the man who started making inappropriate gestures. At the initial hearing, the victim said through tears that she was scared and could not move.
During the court session, footage depicting the accused's actions towards the woman was shown. When the lawyer asked the victim why she did not resist, the victim responded that according to her contract, she had to play her role and did not want to break the character.
The case has been sent to a jury trial; the hearing date has not yet been set. The accused refused to answer journalists' questions as he left the courthouse.
