Telejournalist Günel Gözelova has been appointed to a new position.
She has been appointed as the head of the Multimedia sector of the Media and Communication Department at the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK).
Previously, Günel Gözelova worked as a leading editor in the "Morning-Information Department" of Azerbaijan State Television, as a reporter and presenter at "Lider TV and Azerbaijan Radio" LLC, chief editor of the "Youth" editorial office, deputy head of the "Lider news" Department, anchor-manager of the main news, press secretary at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, head of the Public Relations Department at Azərpoçt LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, and then as the head of the Press Service at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
Later, she served as vice president for media and education at the International Eurasia Press Fund, and as editor-in-chief of the MTV Azerbaijan television channel.
G. Gözelova's most recent workplace was Baku TV.
