Famous Turkish singer Serdar Ortaç has been in the spotlight in recent years due to health problems. Ortaç, who has reported having difficulty moving at various times, has attracted attention this time with a heartfelt confession about his father.
Medianews.az reports that he spoke about this in Turkey's "Sabah" newspaper.
The singer stated that he was raised by a strict father:
"My father was a complete Ottoman man. He loved his children very much, but he was very strict with us. I have been beaten many times."
Serdar Ortaç also said that after years, he understands his father's upbringing better:
"Luckily, he behaved that way. Now I realize how right he was. Nothing good comes from children who grow up without authority."
It should be noted that Ortaç, who married model Chloe Loughnan in 2014, divorced by mutual agreement in 2019. Recently, he expressed his sadness by saying, "I would have loved to be a father, but it didn't happen."
