According to the expert, eggs are rich in protein, beneficial fats, vitamin D, and B group vitamins. People who eat eggs for breakfast tend to have less craving for sugary foods throughout the day, and their attention and work capacity are maintained for a longer period. However, if not cooked properly, the same product can cause discomfort for the digestive system.

Omelets made from eggs are considered suitable for those looking for a light breakfast. Omelets cooked on low heat under a lid are easily digestible and do not cause heaviness in the stomach. When vegetables and greens are added to the ingredients, a more balanced food is obtained.

Fried eggs, on the other hand, are often prepared on high heat and with excess oil, which can cause heartburn and discomfort. Experts recommend cooking eggs at medium temperature and with little oil. In this case, both taste and benefits are preserved.
