The American woman said that she started treating food not as the enemy of the body but as fuel and gave up harmful habits.

Eating egg whites, cottage cheese, and oats for breakfast, the woman preferred turkey meat for her midday meal. In the evening meals, she completely removed carbohydrates from her diet to let her body rest and consumed plenty of vegetables along with baked chicken breast.
