Sanan Mammad oghlu Garayev, a judge of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, will be relieved of his duties and appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
Medianews.az reports, referring to APA, that this was reflected in the draft "On the Appointment of Judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan," which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy and State Building and recommended to the parliament plenary session.
According to the draft, Ilkin Qismet oghlu Abdullayev, Chairman of the Khankendi City Court, will have his position changed and be appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.
