A road traffic accident occurred in Salyan.
Medianews.az According to "Report," the incident was recorded in the section of the Alat-Astara highway passing through the Shorsulu village area of the district.
At the time of the incident, a KIA-branded car suddenly went out of control and overturned.
As a result of the accident, Namaz Qurban oglu Babayev, born in 1994 and a resident of the Goranboy district, died at the scene. Nahid Sadiq oglu Orucsoy, born in 2007, sustained injuries of varying degrees.
The injured was delivered to the Salyan District Central Hospital. After receiving initial medical aid, he was sent to one of the hospitals in Baku because his condition was severe.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
