It was stated that the targets of the attack were the "Novokuibyshevsk" and "Sizran" oil refineries in Russia's Samara region, the "Lukoil-2" oil loading terminal in the Leningrad region, and the "Tikhoretsk" oil pumping station in the Krasnodar territory.
