Medianews.az reports that the State Supervision Service for the Use and Protection of Water under the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan determined that liquid waste generated at the mentioned restaurant was discharged into the environment.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against R.H., born in 1984, the official leaseholder operating the restaurant under a formal contract, under Article 262.2.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and the case was sent to court. By court decision, the leaseholder of the restaurant was fined 800 manats.
It should be noted that the public catering facility with a total area of 2000 square meters, located on the right side of the Baku–Shirvan highway in the Hacıqabul district, was leased by Gulnara Ismayil qizi Rustamova.
