A traffic accident occurred in Lerik district.
Medianews.az reports that the incident took place on the Lankaran-Lerik highway.
Apparently, a passenger car of the brand "Opel" driven by Elnur Qurbanli, born in 1989 and a resident of Astara district, went out of control and overturned into a ravine.
As a result of the accident, the driver, his wife Aidə Qurbanli born in 1995, their 5-year-old child N.Q., and Rəva Aliyeva born in 1989 were injured.
They were helped by bystanders to be taken out of the vehicle and transported to the district hospital.
According to preliminary assumptions, the cause of the accident was rainy weather conditions.
