The maximum policy rate was 13 percent in 2007 and 2018, 15 percent in 2008, 2016, and 2017, 5 percent in 2009 and 2012, 3 percent in 2010 and 2015, 5.25 percent in 2011, 4.75 percent in 2013, 4.25 percent in 2014, 9.25 percent in 2019, 7.25 percent in 2020 and 2021, 8.25 percent in 2022, 9 percent in 2023, and 7.75 percent in 2024.
