A meeting took place in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marko Rubio.
Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo", that the meeting lasted 35 minutes.
It is noted that during the talks, the parties paid special attention to issues related to the resolution of the Ukraine conflict.
It should be noted that this was the fourth bilateral meeting between Lavrov and Rubio in the last two years.
